There is a tinnitus study in the U.S. that has been finished autumn 2008. The research team is at the moment writing a scientific article wherein they will describe the trial and report its' results.
A clinical hyperacusis study was year 2001-2006 conducted in Sweden by Michael Zazzio. The study is accepted for publication in a MEDLINE indexed journal.
